Happy Janmashtami to all of you.

According to Hindu Vaishnava Calender, Sri Krishna Janmashtami or the birth of Lord Krishna was celebrated yesterday.

We had celebrated Sri Krishna Janmashtami thrice this year. One on Sunday, September 2, in a wonderful retreat with Didiji. Didiji conducted a 3-day retreat on Devotional Sadhana near Milwaukee. On Monday evening, We went to the Hindu Temple of Wisconsin, where we celebrated Lord Krishna’s birth. Yesterday, we celebrated at our house, with the traditional “Atukulu” naivedyam to Lord Krishna.

It is a memorable Krishnashtami for us for the year 2007.

Didiji has given a discourse on Krishnashtami Day at Hindu Temple of Wisconsin on “Loving Sri Krishna”. I am writing the essential points of the discourse and will soon upload it.
